With over three successful decades of coaching and managing individuals and teams through personal and business transformation. I realised that life offers more than external achievements.
Hypnotherapy and energy healing became a turning point, by addressing the root cause and bringing about positive change to my life.
Today, my work combines helping professionals overcome anxiety, stress, burnout, and low confidence using proven therapeutic methods. My approach is tailored made and practical, enabling compassion, calm with successful results in helping people reclaim their power.
