What to expect?
I offer one to one online Hypnotherapy for anxiety, fear of flying, insomnia, low self-esteem, phobias, presentation nerves, stop smoking, weight-loss, with the aim to help resolve your problem as quickly as possible, however the process will not be rushed.
I offer a 15-minute consultation to explore how I can help, you maybe asked some questions to help me understand and capture how I can best help. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions.
If you are happy to go ahead, we will book a mutually convenient time for your appointment.
What happens during a session?
Each session is tailored to you as an individual, and each one will be different to the last. As I customise the content to bring maximum benefit to each individual client.
I explain a bit about hypnotherapy and how it works so that you will feel at ease. My aim is to have you feeling better, most issues will need multiple sessions and results tend to build over time. Its not uncommon to have 2 to 3 sessions.
During the session I will help you enter deep states of relaxation that facilities access to the subconscious mind so that therapeutic work may be performed at that level.
Hypnotherapy can be used to help achieve many positive changes in behaviours, feelings and thoughts, it is important to remember that you are always in control and cannot be made to do things against your will.
At the end of the session most people say that they feel relaxed and they really enjoyed the experience of going into trance. Many people say that it’s a bit like taking a blissful nap.
